Last issue the question was posed, “Is the market finally slowing down?” The answer to that question depends on who you ask or the data you look at. If you ask people outside of the industry they will tell you the “Real Estate Boom” is about to go bust, and if you looked at the number of transactions in the last 2 months they would appear to be right. But if you talk to those in the industry you would find out that this time of year has always been historically slow. With Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah, and New Years who has time to look at properties. The real indicator will be the upcoming months leading into the summer. So far, only 10 days into the New Year, the market seems to be back in full force, but only time will tell!
